The Marina is at this point in time closed till the re-freeze.  The driveway
is impassable.  The lake ice still looks good but there has been quite a
bit of pumping from everywhere, from the pumps, to the rivers as we
have had a lot of rain and the rivers are wide open.  The water is
probably dirty from all the run off but lets give it a few more days and let
the ice and driveway heal.  Lets pray for cold, no wind or snow and
hopefully we will be ready for round 2.

THE MNR WERE OUT IN RARE FORM TICKETING PEOPLE WHO HAD
MINNOWS ON THE ICE TO HELMETS IN ARGOS...WHEN DID THIS RULE
CHANGE

-  WE ARE TOLD IT IS ALL UP TO THE INTERPRETATION OF THE
TICKETING OFFICER.  LETS SEE HOW THEY LIKE A RAMP BILL IN THE
MAIL FOR UNLAWFUL ACCESS TO THE LAKE.  WE CHARGE FIREMEN,
POLICE, RCMP AND EVERY OTHER BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT -
WHO IN OTTAWA HAS GIVEN THEM THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT THEY
WANT WHEN THEY WANT AS  "THEY ARE GOD" AND CAN DO
WHATEVER THEY WANT.  IF THEY WANT LAKE ACCESS THEY CAN GO
TO THE CONSERVATION AUTHORITY SITE WHICH IS IN BETWEEN THE
SEVENTH AND THE EIGHTH CONCESSION IN DOVER.  THE MTO DID
NOT GIVE THE APPROVAL FOR ATV 4 WHEEL MACHINES ON ANY
ROADWAY OTHER THAN AT THE BAY. WHICH MEANS THEY HAD TO
USE THEIR MACHINES ON A COUNTY ROAD WHICH IS AGAINST THE
MTO LAWS REGARDING OFF ROAD VEHICLES.  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
